Understanding that I can achieve what I want in life by changing my thoughts, taking action and giving back to the world has been an immense breakthrough for me on my journey.

One of my favorite teachings from this material is to leave everyone with 'an impression of increase.”

Overtip the waiter where you had great service; tell your teenager the gifts she has that just blow you away; help your neighbor unload the groceries. Leave people with an impression of increase.
 
There is, in every interaction that we have, an opportunity for people to feel more uplifted after having been around you. Make it into a game. Can you say something kind to the clerk at the SevenEleven that will cheer him up? What about your mechanic? Or the crumpy-looking flight attendant at the airport check-in?  I bet you can.
